An additional advantage of the YATO slicer is the removable carriage, which can be quickly unscrewed, allowing access to hard-to-reach areas and making it easier to clean up leftover cut products. The 220 mm cutting disc allows for slicing products up to 150 mm in diameter.

The slice thickness adjustment is smooth, allowing slicing from 0.2 to 12 mm thick. The air-cooled motor has a power of 120W, preventing overload of the device and ensuring high performance and long service life.

The carriage mounted on ball-bearing guides operates very easily and smoothly, reducing effort during slicing. Also, the cutting mechanism, i.e., the carriage and the disc, are placed diagonally, enabling cut products to be pressed against the disc by gravity, reducing the required force. The built-in semi-automatic sharpener allows for quick sharpening of the cutting disc without removing it.

Special attention has been given to safety. The splash-resistant switch protects against electric shock during operation and cleaning of the device. In addition, a guard is used to protect the cutting disc, minimizing the risk of injury. The carriage is also equipped with a transparent cover to prevent accidental insertion of hands into the cutting area.

The stability of the device during operation is ensured by special non-slip feet.
