  • The cutting with the V6 is precise, efficient, and reliable.
  • It slices in three thicknesses and juliennes and dices in two sizes.
  • The Cutting Insert dictates the slicing into thin or thick slices.
  • With the additional Cutting Insert, you can julienne to the ideal size, e.g., for French fries.
  • By first cutting the fruit or vegetable with a knife, you have the option to dice.
