AQUAFOREST PURIFY RESIN, 125ml

Specialized ion exchange resin designed for use in freshwater aquariums. It is mainly intended for overloaded aquariums facing high nitrate levels. This resin chemically absorbs nitrogen nutrient compounds dissolved in the water. It works selectively, effectively removing nitrates from the water without affecting the levels of essential metals necessary for life. It removes harmful compounds for fish, reduces the frequency of water changes, and prevents algae growth.

Usage:

125 ml is sufficient to clean 400 liters of water. Place the resin in a fine filter bag, then place it in the filter basket, ensuring continuous water flow. Exhaustion of the product is indicated by a color change to dark brown. In this case, replace or regenerate the resin. Regeneration can be done using chlorine bleach. Soak the resin in a 50% bleach solution for about 6 hours. Then rinse the resin well and leave it in clean water for about 24 hours.
