The Prymat spice for broths, soups, and storing is a mix of dried vegetables and spices mainly added to homemade broths as well as all kinds of soups. The mix includes vegetables: carrot, onion, parsnip, leek, and herbs: parsley leaves, celery leaves, black pepper, allspice, thyme. The dried vegetables enhance the flavor of the broth, dish, or soup. Celery leaves and thyme add a unique aroma to the dishes, while allspice and black pepper provide slightly spicy notes.
