Yun Ming Citrus Cold Brew – a light green tea infusion with mandarin and mint

Ingredients:

• 2 teaspoons Yun Ming
• 400 ml cold water
• 2 slices of mandarin (with peel)
• 3 mint leaves
• ½ teaspoon agave syrup (optional)
• Ice for serving

Preparation: Place the tea in a bottle or carafe, add the mandarin slices and mint. Pour in the cold water and put it in the refrigerator for at least 4–6 hours (cold brew). Before serving, strain and serve with ice and, if desired, a little syrup. This is a mild and natural alternative to fruit juices – plant-based with evocative freshness and citrus.
