Preparation instructions: Pour 220 ml of freshly boiled water over one herbal tea bag. Allow to infuse for 3-5 minutes depending on desired strength. Tastes great served cold: brew one tea bag for 3-5 minutes in half a cup of boiling water. Wait 5 minutes and pour into a glass with ice.
