Yun Ming Green Touch is a loose-leaf green tea from southern China, with a fresh, vegetal flavour, light nutty notes and a mild aftertaste. It is made using the traditional Chinese pan-firing method, which leaves very little bitterness. The leaves are usually slightly curled, and the infusion is a pale greenish-yellow colour.
To prepare, use 1 teaspoon of tea per 200 ml of water at 75–80°C for 2–2.5 minutes. It can be brewed in a cup or glass vessel and is suitable for two infusions.
