But true healing does not always coincide with the pattern we have established within ourselves "to get well as I want or whenever I want". It is something deeper, mysterious, that already opens the path to eternity without us realizing it directly. God is the great Physician, not only of physical diseases but mainly of the invisible wounds: sin, resentment, loneliness, despair.
