The low casserole Gastronomie Master made of granite has a diameter of 26 cm and combines durability with a healthy cooking experience. It features a five-layer protective coating with a natural titanium structure, offering excellent performance and protection for your health.

Its base is compatible with induction hobs, saving energy, and the stainless steel handles allow use both on hobs and in the oven. Its special square shape offers 70% greater capacity compared to traditional round casseroles. The surface is non-stick and makes cleaning easy.

For maintaining quality, it is recommended to:

  • Wash with warm soapy water before first use.
  • Use at low to medium temperature.
  • Avoid metal utensils.
  • Avoid direct contact with water while hot.

Glass lids are not suitable for the oven and hand washing with a soft sponge is recommended, avoiding abrasive cleaners.
