Cake Topper Decoration with Balloons

Decoration assembly instructions:

• Inflate the balloons (using a balloon pump is recommended) and tie them securely.
• Pair the balloons by tying two together.
• Twist each pair of balloons to form a garland.
• Cut the modeling clay to the desired length and connect the sticks by tying the modeling clay to their ends.
• Attach the balloon garland to the modeling clay, twisting them together.
• Place the topper on the cake.
• Enjoy the unique decoration.
