The Vitolog balance cushion is used for balance, stabilization and motor coordination exercises, as well as for rehabilitation after injuries. Its unstable surface stimulates proprioception and helps the joint adapt to demanding conditions. It can also be used for yoga and Pilates exercises.
The cushion is made of PVC and has two different sides: one is smooth with a textured surface, while the other has long protrusions that provide massage and stimulation. It can be used while sitting, standing or kneeling, as well as for movement exercises; it should be inflated enough to stay off the ground during exercise.
