Sprout preparation at home is as follows: Wash the wheat, place it on a plate or in a jar, cover with water, and leave for 8-10 hours. Changing the water at regular intervals is important. The sprouts are ready for consumption after 3-4 days. They can be stored in the refrigerator for about 2 days. Before use, rinse the sprouts with running water or pour boiling water over them. Wheat sprouts are used in soups, salads, porridges, sweets, and drinks.
