ECO 50g Corn Seeds for Sprouts are organic corn seeds (Fagopyrum esculentum) suitable for growing sprouts at home. The process of growing corn sprouts requires special preparation. Place the seeds in a deep container and soak them for 30 minutes in water at a ratio of 3:1 (1 cup of corn – 3 cups of water). After soaking, rinse the seeds again in a sieve to remove the starch released during soaking, which can affect the sprouting process. Drain the washed seeds well and transfer them to a sprouting tray. Cover with cheesecloth and leave at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Rinse the seeds three times a day with lukewarm water. When the sprouts reach the desired length (1-2 cm), spread them on paper towels or a soft cloth to dry.
