Warranties
Convex provides a warranty for the door mechanism, guaranteeing that it can withstand 200,000 opening and closing cycles without damage. An additional 10-year warranty against surface oxidation is provided on all products or parts thereof where the final coating is chrome.
Quality Control
Convex is certified for implementing its own system according to ISO 9001:2008. It cooperates with accredited laboratories for oxidation resistance tests according to the EN 1670:2007 standard and with the Italian laboratory LAPI for door handle fire resistance tests according to the EN 1634-2:2008 standard.
