Blooming Tea's Gold Bar white and green tea contains globe amaranth and jasmine flowers. The leaves are hand-tied around a flower, and after steeping, the ball opens in the teapot to form a blossom.
To prepare, gently place it in a teapot with approximately 0.3–0.65 L of water at 80 °C and steep for 7–9 minutes. It can be steeped another 2–3 times, using progressively less water and a longer steeping time. Each piece is individually hermetically sealed.
