It doesn't do anything. You feel a slight burning sensation on some big pimples but it doesn't do anything.. It feels more like disinfecting the area.

It is a practical product that helps with various breakouts. A watery substance that contains salicylic acid, aloe vera, panthenol, and tea tree oil. It has, I would say, about 70% effectiveness, especially when applied at the beginning of inflammation before the redness or pimple fully forms. When pimples appear, it only dries them out about 2 days earlier. It is not suitable for severe acne cases but for occasional small breakouts. It creates an annoying dryness sensation that can be addressed with good hydration, although I haven't figured out yet whether I should apply it before or after moisturizer.

I apply it under my makeup after the lotion and on top of the cream, and I don't get any pimples even from wearing makeup for many hours sometimes. It's worth it... It's also cheap and lasts for sure for a month with daily use morning and night. I have the cream from LA Rose posay effaclar duo, a very good combination

Personally, it didn't help me at all in treating individual pimples. Maybe it slightly relieved inflammation, but nothing special.

When I realize that I am about to get a pimple, I apply it 2-3 times a day and it doesn't appear at all. It helps existing pimples to go away faster.
