Vertical Blinds - Vertical Shades
A characteristic of vertical blinds is that they are ideal for applications with high ceilings.
First of all, how to measure:
- Measure the entire width within the recess and subtract a small gap from each side of 0.5-1cm, or more if necessary (e.g., for cable holes).
- Measure the entire height within the recess and subtract from the bottom (usually around 2-3cm) to prevent the blinds or the chain connecting them from touching the floor.
These are the final dimensions needed for the manufacture of vertical blinds.
For a simple window:
- For the width of the window, add 5-10cm on each side to ensure sufficient overlap.
- For the height of the window, add 5-10cm at the top to attach the brackets for the blinds.
- At the bottom of the window, add typically 5-10cm, considering any obstacles (e.g., radiator).
If you have a inward-opening window and do not want the blinds to obstruct the window opening, calculate more additional width on that side.
For balcony doors, the same applies, with the exception that 2-3cm are subtracted from the total height at the bottom.
Blind direction:
- The blinds are gathered on the side where the window handle is located.
- The control mechanism is also placed on the same side.
Notes:
- The color you see on your screen may differ slightly from that of the fabric.
- A free sample of the blind is available.
- Provides controlled lighting in the space.
- Made from synthetic polyester material with partial blackout functionality.
- The mechanism and accessories are available in white color.
Vertical blinds are ideal for both work environments and homes, offering light control, privacy, durability, and adjustable features.
