Properties and Uses:

Pumpkin seed oil has excellent flavor qualities and can be used in salads, cooked vegetables, and many other cold preparations. It is particularly effective for mature, dry, tight, and flaky skin, as it moisturizes, smooths wrinkles, cleanses, and brightens the skin. It is also used in cosmetology to reduce and minimize stretch marks.

Usage Instructions: It is recommended to take the oil daily – two teaspoons, twice a day. Avoid using the oil during or immediately after meals; wait at least half an hour after eating.

Storage: After opening, store the bottle in the refrigerator, away from children. Keep in a dark glass bottle, sealed, away from light and air.
