The 100% naturally cold-pressed, unprocessed pumpkin seed oil has excellent taste qualities and pairs perfectly with salads, cooked vegetables, and many other cold preparations. It is often added to salads and raw vegetable dishes, turning simple meals into unique and exceptional experiences. It is also used in folk medicine and cosmetology, especially for mature, dry, and fragile skin, as it moisturizes, smooths wrinkles, and brightens the skin.

Usage: Regular intake of the oil is recommended – twice a day, one teaspoon each time. Avoid consuming the oil during or immediately after meals – wait at least half an hour after eating. Using the oil in the morning and evening provides even better results.
