Directions for Use: Shake the bottle if needed, then press the pump 2–3 times directly into your mouth. Close your mouth and swish the foam around vigorously. Move it around to cover your gums, tongue and interdental spaces. Keep the foam in your mouth for 30 to 60 seconds. The foam is gentle and alcohol-free, making it suitable for sensitive gums and teeth. Do not swallow. Avoid rinsing your mouth with water or eating/drinking for about 30 minutes after use so the active ingredients can work effectively.
