Vertical Blinds - Vertical Shades
One characteristic of vertical blinds is their suitability for applications with tall windows.
How to Measure
- When the window has an inset:
- Measure the width inside the inset and subtract 0.5-1cm from each side.
- Measure the height inside the inset, subtracting 2-3cm from the bottom to prevent the blinds from touching.
- For a standard window:
- Add 5-10cm to the width on each side for adequate coverage.
- Add 5-10cm to the top for the mounting of the blinds, ensuring there are no embedded wires.
- Add 5-10cm to the bottom, provided there are no obstructions such as radiators.
Blind Direction
- The slats gather on the side of the window handle.
- The control is placed on the same side.
