Measurements for recessed windows:

• The width inside the recess is measured and a small gap of 0.5-1cm is subtracted from each side.
• The height inside the recess is measured and 2-3cm is subtracted from the bottom to prevent the blinds from touching.

For standard windows:

• 5-10cm are added to the width on each side.
• 5-10cm are added to the height at the top for the brackets.
• At the bottom, 5-10cm are added, taking any obstacles into account.

Additionally, for balcony doors, the same adjustments apply with an additional height of 10-15cm for the brackets and a subtraction of 2-3cm at the bottom.

Direction of the blinds:

• The blinds gather on the side of the window handle.
• The control is placed on the same side.
