The advancement of 3D printing has enabled the development of a completely new saddle without constraints from materials or manufacturing processes. The adaptive padding is produced using revolutionary Digital Light Synthesis (DLS) technology, which allows for the creation of components with exceptional mechanical properties and finish, with maximum precision.

Thanks to this advanced technology, it was possible to design multiple functional zones with precisely defined properties. All zones are integrated into an exceptionally comfortable padding, resulting in a 60% reduction in pressure thanks to better weight distribution across the entire saddle.

The saddle is dirt-resistant and very easy to clean. In case of mud, sand, gravel, or other debris, it can simply be rinsed with water. The open design allows dirt to be easily removed from the saddle. In addition, rigorous tests simulating accelerated aging and UV exposure have been conducted to assess durability.
