The Thirard "STD" security euro cylinder is a cylindrical lock cylinder featuring the UNI (reduced) cam. It has smaller dimensions compared to standard cylinder cams and is suitable for locks manufactured 40-50 years ago.

The 5-pin mechanism provides a satisfactory level of security against break-ins, enhanced by the anti-burglary cam.

The key can be used in both directions, as the cylinder has two lock entries.

This cylinder is supplied with 3 nickel-plated brass keys and is made of brass.
