The AJA OG-FIDO-TR-MM is a 1-channel 3G-SDI LC multi-mode fiber converter, according to the openGear standard. It supports data rates from 150 Mbps to 3 Gbps (regardless of format), automatic SDI rate selection (270 Mbps, 1.483/1.485 Gbps, 2.966/2.970 Gbps), bidirectional conversion between 3G-SDI and multi-mode fiber (LC), and features LEDs indicating input presence / input SMPTE lock. Designed for openGear frames (OGX, OG3, DFR-8321), it supports monitoring via DashBoard (Windows, macOS, Linux), automatic rate detection and reclocking, and helps eliminate ground loop issues. This module is hot-swappable and optimized for high-density 2RU openGear frames.
