The AJA HA5-4K video converter converts an HDMI 2.0b signal from cameras and other video sources into four 3G-SDI outputs for professional workflows. It supports 4K (4096x2160) and Ultra HD (3840x2160) resolutions at up to 50/60 fps, with Two Sample Interleave and Square Division pixel-mapping modes.

It supports EDID emulation, HDR infoframe analysis, and HDR VPID metadata pass-through or bypass. It carries up to 8 channels of embedded audio at 24-bit and provides 10-bit output, while configuration is handled via USB using AJA Mini-Config.
