Compact and easy to use, this smoker includes:
- Chamber with lid for placing foods to be smoked.
- Firebox.
- Thermometer for monitoring the temperature.
- Two stainless steel racks.
- Two removable legs for supporting the smoking chamber.
The smoking chamber and the firebox are connected by a flexible hose that can be extended to adjust the temperature. The shorter the hose and the closer the two parts are to each other, the higher the temperature will be during the smoking process.
