The uniform 360° rotation ensures that the meat is evenly browned on all sides. The melted fat is collected in a tray that can be easily removed and cleaned. The heated drawer keeps the buns warm at temperatures ranging from 30 to 110°C. The two heating zones allow independent temperature settings. The sausages can be grilled or simply heated. The temperature is adjustable from 30 to 250°C. The special crystal cover protects the food from contamination and allows the preparation of sausages in front of customers.
