Not Bad Cover 20 Vol developer is a cream-form activator for coloring hair, beards, and mustaches. It is intended exclusively for use with Not Bad Cover hair color cream and supports the color oxidation process.
To use, mix it with the color cream in a non-metallic bowl at a 1:1 ratio until the mixture is smooth. Apply immediately to dry hair, beard, or mustache with a brush and leave on for 5–30 minutes, depending on the desired color intensity. Then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Read the instructions carefully before use and avoid contact with the eyes.
