Designed for Stability: A Bed-Slinger as Stable as a CoreXY with Adaptive Vibration Compensation

As the model grows in height and weight, the vibrations change. Most printers perform a single calibration at startup. The A2L uses Adaptive Vibration Compensation, which continuously adjusts the resonance model layer by layer, taking into account:

  • The position of the print head
  • The changing weight of the build plate

Result: the last layer is just as clean as the first.

Granular Dampers

The frame includes two special dampers filled with microscopic particles that absorb vibrations through thousands of micro-collisions. This technology is used in:
