Vertical Blinds - Vertical Shades
A characteristic of vertical blinds is that they are ideal for applications with great height.
How We Measure
- When the window has a recess, we measure the entire width inside the recess and subtract a small gap of 0.5-1cm on each side.
- We measure the height inside the recess and subtract, usually 2-3cm, from the bottom so that the blinds do not touch the floor.
For a simple window:
- For the width of the window, we add 5-10cm on each side for sufficient overlap.
- For the height of the window, we add 5-10cm at the top for the supports.
- At the bottom, we add 5-10cm, excluding obstacles such as radiators.
If you have an inward-opening window, allow for more width on one side for the blinds to stack on the outside.
For balcony doors, the same rules apply as for a simple window, adding 10-15cm at the top for the supports and subtracting 2-3cm from the bottom.
Direction of Blinds
- The blinds gather on the side where the window handle is located.
- The control mechanism is installed on the same side.
Notes:
- The shade color may vary slightly from the fabric due to different color rendering on screens.
- A free sample of the blind is available for selection.
- They offer controlled light flow in the space.
- Made from synthetic polyester material with partial blackout.
- The mechanism and fittings are available in white color.
Vertical blinds are a practical choice for workspaces and homes, offering light control, privacy, durability, and ease of maintenance.
