Vertical Blinds - Vertical Shades

Measuring vertical blinds is important for their proper installation:

  • For windows with recess: Measure the width inside the recess and subtract 0.5-1cm from each side. For the height, subtract 2-3cm from the bottom so the blinds do not touch.
  • For regular windows: Add 5-10cm to the width and 5-10cm to the height to attach the brackets. If there is an obstacle, it must be taken into account.
  • For balcony doors: Subtract 2-3cm from the total height so the blinds do not touch the floor.

The direction of the blinds installation is important, as they gather on the side of the window handle, where the control is also placed.
