Measurement instructions:

  • When the window has a recess (internal installation):
    • Measure the full width inside the recess and subtract 0.5–1 cm from each side to allow smooth operation and prevent the sides from rubbing.
    • Measure the full height inside the recess and subtract 1–2 cm from the bottom so the bottom rail/curb does not rest on the windowsill.
    • Check the recess depth for brackets and slat tilting, especially if there is a handle or screen.
  • For a simple window (external installation/overlay):
    • Add 5–10 cm to each side of the window width for adequate coverage and better shading.
    • Add 7–12 cm to the top of the window height for comfortable screwing of brackets/valance. Make sure no embedded cables are present.
    • Add as much as desired to the bottom for aesthetic effect, usually 5–10 cm.

Notes:

  • The shade on screen may differ from the actual wood.
  • A free wooden blind sample may be available.

  • Slats made of natural wood in 25/50 mm widths. Mechanism and accessories available in matching tones.
