Vertical blinds are ideal for applications with great height. For accurate measurement:

  • In the case of a recess, measure the width inside the recess and subtract 0.5-1 cm from each side.
  • For the height, measure inside the recess and subtract 2-3 cm from the bottom so that the blinds do not touch the floor.

For simple windows, add 5-10 cm on each side for adequate overlap and 5-10 cm at the top for the brackets. Also, check for any embedded cables. At the bottom, add 5-10 cm if there are no obstacles.

For balcony doors, adjust the height by subtracting 2-3 cm from the bottom and adding 10-15 cm for the brackets at the top.

Direction of blinds: They usually gather on the side of the window handle, where the control is also placed.
