Vertical Blinds - Vertical Shades

How We Measure

  • When the window has a recess: We measure the full width inside the recess and subtract a small gap of 0.5-1cm from each side.
  • We measure the full height inside the recess and subtract from the bottom side, usually this ranges between 2-3cm.

These are the final dimensions needed for the construction of the vertical blinds.

On a Simple Window

  • For the width of the window, we add 5-10cm on each side for sufficient overlap.
  • For the height of the window, we add 5-10cm at the top for the brackets.
  • At the bottom of the window, we add 5-10cm if there is no obstruction.
  • In case of an inward-opening window, calculate more width on the side of the opening window.

For Balcony Doors

  • From the total height, meaning the height of the balcony door plus 10-15cm at the top for the brackets, subtract 2-3cm from the bottom.

Blade Direction

  • The blades gather on the opposite side where the window handle is located.
  • The control is placed on the same side.

  • The shade you see on your screen may vary slightly compared to the fabric's actual color.
