Since vertical blinds are ideal for applications with great height, accurate measurement is critical.

When the window has a recess:

  • Measure the width inside the recess and subtract a gap of 0.5-1cm from each side.
  • Measure the height inside the recess and subtract 2-3cm from the bottom side.

These are the final dimensions for the construction of the vertical blinds.

For a regular window:

  • Add 5-10cm to the width on each side for sufficient overlap.
  • Add 5-10cm to the height at the top for the blind supports.
  • Add 5-10cm at the bottom, taking into account obstacles such as radiators.
  • If you have an inward-opening window, calculate extra width so the blinds do not interfere.

The same applies for balcony doors as for a regular window:

  • From the total height subtract 2-3cm from the bottom.

Blind direction:

  • The slats gather on the opposite side of the window handle.
  • Place the control on the same side.

Notes:

  • The shade on the screen may differ from that of the fabric.
  • A free blind sample is available.
