Blackcurrant defines the main flavor profile of the beverage, known for its impressive aroma and characteristic fruity acidity clearly perceived during infusion. Blackcurrant berries contain natural plant pigments and organic acids that give the tea its deep ruby color and unique taste experience. Lemon complements the mix by adding a refreshing citrus note and balancing the flavor.

The fruits in the blend contain natural plant compounds that shape the taste and aroma of the infusion. The anthocyanins in blackcurrant berries are pigments that give the beverage its intense red color. During infusion, they release the characteristic fruity aroma noticeable from the first minutes of preparation.
