Beech Flour ECO BIO, 500 g
Dary Natury's beech flour is a gluten-free alternative to grain flours. It is richer in potassium, calcium, and magnesium, which are essential minerals for health. It contains a large amount of B vitamins and valuable fiber that support gastrointestinal function. This flour contains more than 5% unsaturated fatty acids.
It comes from organic cultivation and has a pleasant nutty flavor that can dominate baked goods such as crackers and classic bread. It can be used as an addition to grain flour in a ratio of 2/3 grain flour to 1/3 beech flour for making bread, rolls, biscuits, and other products.
Beech flour is packed with vitamins and minerals, including B vitamins, vitamin E, magnesium, tin, potassium, and iron. It is a good source of more than 60 active antioxidant compounds.
