Since ancient times, it has been known for its medicinal and culinary uses. The ancient Greeks considered it a herb associated with joy and peace, while the Romans used it at festivals and banquets to improve digestion. The name "Amracon" comes from mythology, where it is referred to as a herb symbolizing immortality and longevity.

Properties:

  • Against anxiety and insomnia: It has mild calming effects that help relieve anxiety and improve sleep quality.
  • Helps digestion: Facilitates the digestive process and relieves bloating and indigestion.
