Historical Data and Plant Morphology: Plantago major is a perennial plant that thrives in temperate climates and has been known since antiquity for its medicinal properties. In Greek tradition, it was used for wound healing and cough relief. It is called "pentanevro" due to the characteristic arrangement of veins on its leaves.

Properties:

Instructions for Use: 1 tablespoon of Plantago major is steeped in 1 glass of boiling water in a covered container. It is left for 10-15 minutes and strained before use. For washes, the tea is prepared more concentrated with a dose of 50-60 gr. in 1 liter of water.
