Plantain is an herb traditionally used to support the respiratory system and throat. The package contains the aerial parts of the plant, harvested in Greece, in the Pieria Mountains of Imathia Regional Unit.

To prepare an infusion, pour 1 tablespoon of plantain or a pinch of the uncrushed herb into 1 cup of boiling water in a covered container. Leave to steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain. For washes, use 50–60 g per 1 litre of water. Store in a dark, cool place at 5–15 °C.
