Historical Information and Plant Morphology: The wild rose (Rosa canina) is a deciduous shrub that grows in many areas of Europe, Asia, and North Africa. Its fruits contain rich amounts of vitamin C, which boosts the immune system.
Properties:
- Rich in vitamin C: Contributes to strengthening the immune system and reducing fatigue.
- Tonic: Helps with overall well-being and energy of the body.
- Diuretic: Contributes to diuresis and the elimination of toxins from the body.

Usage: 1 tablespoon of crushed wild rose fruit is placed in 1 glass of water and boiled for 5–10 minutes. The liquid is strained before use, taking care to preserve the vitamin C.

Storage: In a dark and cool place (5°C – 15°C).
Side Effects: In large quantities it may cause gastrointestinal disorders, diarrhea, and allergic reactions. Not recommended for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and individuals sensitive to its ingredients.
