Historical Information: Elymus repens is a perennial plant of the Poaceae family that thrives in temperate regions. It has been known since antiquity for its healing properties, especially in folk medicine, used for its diuretic action and care of the urinary system.

Elymus repens is recognized as a beneficial plant for kidney health and toxin elimination. It is characterized by long, thin roots and can reach up to 50 centimeters in height, thriving in meadows, road edges, and uncultivated areas.
