SILICON-ACRYLIC MICRO-MICRONIZED PRIMER for masonry and water-based building materials. A hybrid silicon-acrylic nano-technology primer that penetrates deeply, stabilizes porous and friable substrates, and provides water repellency while allowing the substrate to “breathe.” It ensures excellent adhesion for plastic, acrylic, and silicone paints, reduces salt migration, and offers easy application with fast drying.
Features:
- Nanotechnology with particle size < 50 nm for deep impregnation and stabilization
- Hybrid silicon-acrylic composition for a combination of adhesion and water repellency
- Water-repellent, sealing while at the same time allowing breathability
- Excellent adhesion to porous substrates and reduction of salt “migration”
- Low odor, easy application, and fast drying
- User- and environmentally friendly
Suitable for spaces: children's rooms, schools, hospitals
Application surfaces: plaster, concrete/cement, drywall and other porous masonry surfaces (interior/exterior)
Used for:
- As a primer for plastic, acrylic and silicone paints and plasters
- For stabilizing friable substrates before final painting
- On walls with salts, to reduce “migration” to the final surface
Coverage: 14–18 m²/L per coat (depending on absorbency). 2 coats are required on new surfaces.
Application method: roller, brush, spray gun (conventional)
Dilution: with water up to 50% for exterior surfaces and up to 100% for interior surfaces
Tool cleaning: with water and soap immediately after use
Drying time at 23°C: Touch dry: 0.5–1 hour • Fully dry: — • Recoat: 4–6 hours
Packaging: 1 Ltr, 3 Ltr, 10 Ltr
