Silicone Metal Varnish

RUST STOP SILICON VARNISH is a silicone anti-rust varnish suitable for interior and exterior surfaces. Its silicone base creates a hard, highly durable coating that is unaffected by harsh weather conditions, intense sunlight, high humidity, and temperature changes.

• Creates a moisture barrier for long-lasting protection on metal surfaces.
• Contains special UV additives for enhanced protection against sunlight.
• Maintains its gloss over time.

Use: Ideal for application over RUST STOP SILICON EFFECT, emphasizing the metallic texture and creating a smooth surface that is easy to clean. It can also be applied to interior rusty metal surfaces after proper preparation.

• Coverage: 8-10 square meters per liter / coat. 2 coats are required on new surfaces.
• Gloss: Glossy
• Application Method: Brush, roller, air spray gun, airless spray gun
• Dilution: Up to 10% with white spirit for brush or roller application, up to 10% with X-22 for spray gun application.
• Tool Cleaning: With white spirit and water and soap immediately after use.
• Drying Time at 23°C: Touch dry: 45 minutes, Fully dry: 6-8 hours, Recoat: 8 hours.
