The Jung FTR 231 wall switch is an electronic floor thermostat designed for electric underfloor heating systems or floor preheating. Installation is carried out in a flush-mounted device box according to DIN 49073.

  • Power supply: 230 V AC (220–240 V, 50/60 Hz)
  • Switching current: 10 A (resistive load up to approx. 2300 W)
  • Operation: via rotary knob with adjustable control output for PWM or two-point control
  • External NTC sensor: 4 m long, extendable up to 50 m
  • Features: frost protection, manual comfort temperature adjustment with adjustable comfort rings, ECO input (for central timer), multicolor status LED with sensor fault indication, and heating shutoff safety function (after 1 hour of heating, a 5-minute interruption follows)
  • Hysteresis: 0.5 K
  • Adjustment range: approx. 5–50 °C
  • Idle consumption: max. 0.15 W
  • Protection: IP2X for the device, IP67 sensor
  • Compatibility: with many JUNG design series
