The tire features two puncture protection systems: EPS and APL. This modern form of protection does not reduce the tire's flexibility and, consequently, does not affect comfort while riding. With the Sensamo Master, every ride is pleasant.
- APL + EPS Additive System:
- The APL additive consists of a thicker rubber layer between the tread and the casing. Since rubber has strong reflective properties, it is more likely that a sharp object will bounce off during riding rather than penetrate deeply into the tire.
- An additional rubber and polyamide insert is placed between the tread and the tire casing. This lightweight puncture protection insert protects against glass shards, thorns, nails, and other sharp objects that could puncture the tire and the inner tube.
