The White Worm (Enchytraeus albidus) is one of the most nutritious and classic live foods for aquarium fish, especially for medium and large-sized fish. It is used for growth, breeding preparation, and color enhancement.
Ideal for:
- Medium-large tropical fish (cichlids, gourami, betta, killifish).
- Enhancing breeding condition (conditioning food).
Because it is high in fat, it should not be given daily but as a supplement 2–3 times a week.
