The IOGEAR GUC232A is a USB-to-Serial RS-232 DB9 adapter cable designed to connect older serial devices such as modems, PDAs, POS terminals, GPS devices, printers, digital cameras, and ISDN adapters to computers or Macs with a USB port. It adds one RS-232 serial port via USB and supports plug-and-play installation, remote wake-up, power management, automatic handshake mode, and does not require an IRQ.
