Rutile electrode designed for welding stainless steels, unstable, Nb or Ti stabilized unstable, ferritic stainless steels with 13% Cr. Very good initial and secondary arc ignition (cold start). Stable and focused arc. Proper and easy bead shaping, self-detaching slag. Smooth welding, with fine ripples, resistant to thermal cracking and without layers of dark high-temperature oxides. The weld metal is resistant to transverse corrosion up to 350°C. The electrode performs well in vertical welding, with excellent welding execution in the PF position. Produces welds with ideal, flat geometry. During overlay welding, the weld metal tends to level the edges, facilitating proper weld formation.

APPLICATION: Food and chemical industry. Widely used in the production and installation of architectural and decorative metal works for residences and public buildings: railings, frames, fittings, etc.
