The Faac ALFA SHORT motor kit automates residential double-leaf swing gates with leaves up to 1.8 m long and weighing up to 350 kg. The self-locking operators do not require additional locks. It supports automatic closing, obstacle detection, pedestrian mode and key-switch opening, as well as control via an app, video entry system and intercom.

The XF 868 MHz radio receiver has memory for 256 remote controls and a range of up to 200 m, and uses SLH (Self Learning Hopping) technology. The photocells have a range of 20 m, are powered via BUS 2easy and feature an optical self-aligning sensor. The E045S control unit is installed in a sealed enclosure.
